About From A Distant Star
From A Distant Star is a greeting card project by Lemon Juice, created for tender moments, strange days, seasonal rituals, and thoughtful correspondence.
The cards draw from folklore, symbolism, animals, humor, public-domain imagery, photography, illustration, and the emotional usefulness of sending something by hand. Some are sweet. Some are weird. Some are for birthdays, healing, winter, grief, care, or invented holidays that make room for gentleness.
From A Distant Star is a branch of Lemon Juice, Jay Muhlin’s visual research and design practice.
